“Restorative leadership provides a theoretical framework as well as practical techniques for building social capital, supervising employees, addressing issues in the workplace or school community and implementing organizational change. Restorative leadership is about effective leadership and the impact that has on an organization. Proactive restorative practices help staff get to know one another, build social capital and function as a team. Responsive restorative practices come into play when things go wrong in the workplace, as they inevitably do.”

Restorative Practices requires ongoing commitment and terms and fees are negotiated accordingly. Initial contact and enquiry should be made by email.
